As Founder and CEO of Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship, Raechel Canipe personally finances access to crucial tech resources for over 3,000 women across Florida. Raechel is also the Vice President of Marketing & Sales at RevStar, and a Past Chair of Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay. She's passionate about leveraging her position to uplift the next generation of tech leaders through programs like Operation Partnership and the Mentor Protege Program.

Previously, Raechel supported the evacuation of over 100 Afghans after the fall of Kabul as one of the founding officers of Project Afghan Relief Fund, a tech for good initiative. Raechel's legacy of community impact include leading operations for Synapse Florida, mentoring at USF, and serving on the Council for Inclusive Capitalism.
