For much of her career, Shantae Gilmer operated behind the scenes—helping organizations build the systems, structure, and discipline required to perform at a high level. With over 18 years of experience in healthcare and managed care, she became known for strengthening operations, optimizing processes, and preparing organizations for growth, compliance, and scale.

But along the way, she recognized a critical gap.

Many organizations—and leaders—were doing exceptional work internally, yet remained under-recognized externally. They were successful, but not fully seen.

That realization shaped the evolution of her work.

Today, as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Premier Choice Group, Shantae helps organizations bridge the gap between internal excellence and external presence. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, structure, and storytelling—ensuring that what organizations build is not only operationally sound, but also clearly communicated, confidently positioned, and aligned with the level of influence they are meant to have.

She leads engagements that integrate governance, operations, and market readiness—guiding executive teams to refine not just how they operate, but how they show up. From strengthening infrastructure to elevating voice and narrative, Shantae’s approach helps leaders move from being effective behind the scenes to becoming visible, credible, and impactful in the spaces they serve.

At her core, she believes that alignment is the foundation of influence—and that when leaders are clear on who they are and how they communicate it, their presence becomes as powerful as their performance.

Shantae holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Education from the University of Florida.
