Tara Battiato is a seasoned NFL executive with over 14 years of experience in community impact and philanthropy. She is the Vice President of Community Impact and Executive Director of the Glazer Vision Foundation at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where she leads the strategic direction and execution of platforms that enhance the lives of children and families in the Tampa Bay region and beyond.

Battiato is a certified diversity, equity, and inclusion practitioner who holds a DEI Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. She also serves as a board member and an advisory council member for several local organizations that foster economic development, social justice, and inclusion. Her mission is to change the world through sport and to create an environment where all feel welcome and empowered. She is passionate about providing free access to affordable eye care and glasses to underserved children, as she believes that vision is essential for academic success and well-being.
