Wyatt Krapf is a Senior Director at Berkadia where he originates and executes investment sale and debt placement transactions in the hotel and resort space. Following two years as Co-Chair and then Chair of the Catalyst Committee within Emerging Leaders, Wyatt served as the inaugural Co-Chair and now Chair of the Tampa Bay Chamber’s Collegiate Leadership Program. Wyatt is an active board member of the nonprofit Society of Real Estate Professionals (SOREP) which has donated over $100,000 in scholarships to students pursuing commercial real estate careers in Tampa Bay post-graduation. He also serves on the board of the nonprofit Tampa Foundation which works with local artists to spread inspirational public art in the Tampa community.
