A Tampa Bay Native, Yoly has witnessed the City of Tampa grow from a small city to the world class metropolitan area that it is today.

Yoly is the daughter and granddaughter of Cuban exiles and from an early age knew what working hard with true grit meant. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in communications and worked in consumer products and medical sales at Fortune 500 companies. For many years, she always knew that she had what it takes to be an entrepreneur. She wanted to own her own business. Yoly has always loved helping people and has always worked hard with lots of determination and perseverance. Combined with her love for helping others, building lasting relationships, and her love of real estate, Pierson Property Group has given Yoly the opportunity to fulfill her passions.
