Yvette is a senior level executive with more than 37 years of leadership experience.  As the former regional vice president of USAA, a Fortune 100 company, she was the senior executive in Florida representing up to 4,000 teammates across Florida. She has led large operational teams across the USA and international locations. She holds a distinguished history of building and realizing sustainable, values-driven operations and organizations by providing successful direction in strategy, culture, policy and environmental, social and governance (ESG).  Yvette  is an active leader in the Tampa Bay community sharing her experience and knowledge by serving on several boards as well as mentoring young professionals and minority businesses.  She is a proud past chair of the Tampa Bay Chamber and the incoming chair for Collegiate Leadership Tampa Bay class of 2025.
