Alayna Wilson is the Office Coordinator for the Tampa Bay Chamber, where she supports organizational operations and member engagement to serve the Tampa Bay business community. She brings years of experience with operational management, client relations, and team leadership.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Alayna Spent nearly a decade in the bridal industry. Progressing from a stylist to Store Manager role. In that role, she oversaw vendor partnerships, client relationships, daily operations, and business growth. Her work contributed to customer service and industry recognition awards and strengthened her passion for building meaningful connections and supporting local businesses.

Originally from Tampa and recently returning to the area. Outside of the office, Alayna enjoys traveling, walks, exploring coffee shops, Church, and reading a good book.
