Anna del Castillo

Director, Development

Anna del Castillo is the Director of Development at the Tampa Bay Chamber, where she leads sponsorship strategy and engagement, generating non-dues revenue through Chamber events and programs. She cultivates and stewards sponsor relationships, aligning support with the Chamber’s strategic priorities and initiatives. Anna brings extensive experience in nonprofit development, capacity-building, and strategic fundraising.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Anna was active in Chicago’s non-profit sector, supporting the fundraising efforts of local nonprofits, conducting funder research, writing grant proposals, and building relationships with community stakeholders. She began her career at Ernst & Young, where she worked in the Assurance practice and earned her CPA designation before transitioning to mission-driven work.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Anna holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Accountancy. In addition, she became a certified yoga instructor in 2016 and is a dedicated advocate for wellness and mental health. In 2020, Anna completed trauma-informed yoga training and now integrates psychologically sensitive approaches into her teaching. She has taught yoga and fitness across studios and corporate wellness settings, with a focus on building inclusive, healing-centered spaces.

Anna relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 2024 and is excited to contribute her energy and experience to strengthening the region’s business and nonprofit ecosystems—combining her passion for community development with a heart for inclusivity.
