Emily Manco

Member and Program Manager

With a 25-year career working with global companies promoting brand awareness and team building through programs and events, Emily started her career in NYC. Here at the Tampa Bay Chamber, she serves as a Program Manager in the Membership Department and works on a variety of initiatives including the Minority Empowerment Program. 

Emily's professional career spans several states and even continents. In Southern California, as a military spouse, she started her own business and helped an international company establish its first location on the West Coast of the U.S. She lived in Japan for a decade, while her husband was serving with the U.S. Marine Corps. From there, the military family relocated to the Tampa Bay area.

Emily has been part of the Tampa Bay Chamber since 2022 and her career includes prior roles in community service organizations and non-profits, specializing in innovative programming and community outreach.

Emily is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Business Management. She also holds a certificate for Human Resource Management and is certified in Six Sigma.
