Kourtney Berry

Director, Events

As the Director of Events at the Tampa Bay Chamber, Kourtney Berry supports and executes the seamless planning of high-impact Chamber events that foster meaningful connections and elevate the Chamber’s mission. Specializing in event production, committee engagement, and volunteer management, Kourtney helps to lead the coordination and execution of two of the Chamber’s signature events: the Women of Influence Luncheon and the Small Business of the Year Awards.

With a background in public relations and marketing, Kourtney brings years of experience in media relations, strategic partnerships, event strategy, and content development to her role. Her background spans corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial spaces — including her most recent role leading cultural and business programming. She is a proud graduate of Florida A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Kourtney also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Saint Leo University. She is certified in Hospitality and Tourism Management and is also a Certified Wedding Planner.

Deeply committed to community impact, Kourtney serves as a Board Member of Brothers United Building Brothers Alliance (BUBBA), an organization dedicated to improving the lives of men and boys through mentorship, academic support, and community-focused programming.

A Tampa native and graduate of Middleton High School, Kourtney is deeply passionate about serving the community that raised her. Her commitment to giving back is reflected in both her professional and volunteer work, as she actively seeks opportunities to make a positive impact in her hometown. Kourtney enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as indulging her passion for home décor and organization.
