Meaza Stewart-Morrison

Dr. Meaza Morrison is an experienced educator and organizational leader with expertise in organizational development, process optimization, and facilitation. She specializes in enhancing operational efficiency to drive organizational stability and growth, ensuring businesses achieve their desired outcomes. With a strong focus on employee and customer satisfaction, she helps improve retention and cultivate a thriving company culture.

A dedicated community leader, Dr. Morrison serves as Secretary of the Centre for Women Board, Managing Director (2024-2025) of the Junior League of Tampa, and Communications Chair for the Athena Society. She is also an active member of Leadership Tampa Alumni (Class of 2023), the University of South Florida’s Women in Leadership & Philanthropy, and the Champions for Children Community Council. Committed to both organizational excellence and community impact, she continuously works to drive meaningful change within organizations and the Tampa Bay community.

Dr. Morrison earned her Doctorate in Education from Nova Southeastern University, along with a Master’s in Adult Education: Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education from the University of South Florida. She also holds certifications in Leadership in Developing Human Resources, Post-Crisis Leadership, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Beyond her professional and community endeavors, Dr. Morrison is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys beach outings, traveling, and attending local sporting events with her family.
