As Membership Retention and Program Manager, Sierra leads member retention and onboarding efforts for Entrepreneur and Corporate members while overseeing programs including Access Tampa Bay and Get Connected. She works closely with members to foster engagement, build meaningful relationships, and enhance the overall Chamber experience.

 

Before joining the Chamber, Sierra built a successful career in residential real estate throughout the Tampa Bay area, where she developed a strong understanding of the region’s dynamic growth and diverse business community.

 

A Florida native, Sierra holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Florida and brings a background in hospitality, operations, and relationship management to her role.

 

Outside the office, Sierra enjoys traveling, discovering great vegetarian food spots, and going on kayaking adventures around Tampa Bay.
