As Office Coordinator, Sierra Kluson plays a central role in the Tampa Bay Chamber’s daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and serving as a reliable point of contact for staff, members, and visitors alike. Her organizational skills and proactive approach help maintain a productive and welcoming environment.

Before joining the Chamber, Sierra built a successful career in residential real estate throughout the Tampa Bay area. As a licensed Realtor for seven years, she developed a deep appreciation for the region’s diverse communities and gained firsthand insight into its ongoing growth and development.

A Florida native, Sierra holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Florida. Her career began in hotel operations at the Hilton New York, where she honed her skills in service, communication, and team coordination—laying the groundwork for her effectiveness in fast-paced professional environments.

Outside the office, Sierra enjoys exploring vegetarian cuisine and traveling the world—often blending the two in her global adventures.
