Join us on Friday, October 24, from 1–4pm for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at how ZooTampa is leading the way in animal care, conservation initiatives, and sustainability efforts. This isn’t your average trip to the zoo—get ready for a hands-on, eye-opening, and wild afternoon!

Agenda:

• 1:15pm – Tour ZooTampa’s Veterinary Hospital with Dr. Meredith Persky, Senior VP, Chief Conservation and Animal Health Officer
• 1:45pm – Hands-on activity at the hay barn.*
• 2:30pm – Meet the Co-Chairs of ZooTampa’s Green Team, Director of Communications Sandra Morrison, and Assistant Registrar Mary Ellsworth
• 3:00pm – Experience a ride on Expedition Wild Africa to learn about animal species, the Species Survival Plan, and ZooTampa’s conservation partners around the world.
• 3:30pm – Debrief with beverages at the Watering Hole, and wind down with one of our animal ambassadors.
• 4:00pm – Depart ZooTampa
