Cancellation Policy
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- After registration is submitted
- After the event for:
- No-shows
- Travel delays
- Illnesses
- Missed sessions
- Cancellations made after the start of the event
Substitutions are welcome only for the following:
- Registered attendees
- Must provide written notice to Staff Contact at least 48 hours in advance of event start date
