Parking

• Due to expected inclement weather, parking has been moved to Lot 1, located directly outside the Gwazi Pavilion event space.
• Don’t forget your umbrellas - it’s a very brief (less than 1 minute) walk to the event entrance from the parking lot.

• Complete the requested information and you will receive a QR code.

Show the QR code at the security station to gain entry to the event-only parking area.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

• After registration is submitted
• After the event for:
  • No-shows
  • Travel delays
  • Illnesses
  • Missed sessions
  • Cancellations made after the start of the event

Substitutions are welcome only for the following:

• Registered attendees
• Must provide written notice to Staff Contact at least 48 hours in advance of event start date
