The Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay Nonprofit Fair mirrors a career fair with the goal of connecting nonprofits with individuals searching for volunteer opportunities, board position and upcoming drives and/or fundraising opportunities. For over ten years, the Nonprofit Volunteer Fair has increased awareness for community service and local nonprofits. The goal of this event is to connect our members with nonprofits across the Tampa and introduce them to opportunities for volunteering, young professional boards, and future community leadership roles.

This year, the event will have a “pitch night” style format:

- We will begin with networking, food, and drinks.
- Selected Nonprofits will have one representative deliver a 2-minute overview of their organization to the audience.
- During the presentation, we will display rotating images or video on the screen to help showcase your mission and impact.
- After all nonprofits have presented, attendees will move back into networking where they can make 1:1 introductions with organizations they’re interested in supporting.
- Attendees will also receive a printed guide with information about each nonprofit so they can easily follow up and get involved.
