The Workforce Development Committee develops workforce talent by fostering partnerships between business, education, and training providers to strengthen Tampa Bay's workforce. The Military Advisory Committee supports military family readiness, defense growth, and connections between military-affiliated talent and the business community. This month, the two committees will hold a joint meeting to discuss workforce challenges that impact both groups and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Participation in the Chamber's Workforce Development Committee is open to any member of the Tampa Bay Chamber. Participation in the Chamber's Military Advisory Committee is open to any member of the Tampa Bay Chamber and military representation from MacDill Air Force Base.
