Join us for our August Empower Series with Tina James, Senior Manager for Corporate Social Responsibility for Florida Blue covering the West Region. In this role, she is responsible for CSR strategies and initiatives across 14 west Florida counties covering communities from Hernando to Collier. Prior to joining Florida Blue, Tina worked in community relations for three professional sports franchises: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL), Orlando Magic (NBA), and Connecticut Sun (WNBA), as well as serving on the Tampa Bay Super Bowl Host Committee (Super Bowl XLIII).

Additionally, her experience includes working for the largest endurance sports organization, the IRONMAN Group, where she oversaw the charity partnership program for the North America Region Sr. Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility at Florida Blue sharing insights from her prolific professional and personal success.
